(2) A Ship Ownership With Monthly Income Bulk Cargo ship used to transport : Coal , Iron, Grain, Fertiliser, Metals , Cement , wood , oil etc . Investor will be the owner of ship. Indian Shipping company will manage the operation and maintenance and all business activities on paying fees .
* Method of Investment :* (A) Investor have to Open a Company in Singapore of his own 100 % Ownership ( or his partner if he want ) . All business transactions & Agreement will be done through this company.
(B). Investor Have to arrange 33% amount of Ship Value balance in this company bank account.
(C). Loan of 67 % amount will be arrange by us . and Will be credited in this bank account or will be paid to seller of Ship .
(D). So Investor Singapore company will be 100 % owner of ship once loan capital + Interest paid . Investor wiil have full control of business onwards.
(E). All income & expenses will be done through this Singapore company of Investor. ( Income : from Rent i.e. Charter hire of ship )

(8). Compressed Biogas production project: to be made from cow dung & vegetable waste At multiple locations in Gujarat & Maharashtra. Letter of intent ready and confirmed buyers shall have a unique opportunity to earn money for many years with abundant business sustenance.

(9). Lithium Batteries Manufacturing Project, lead by Indian Company, manufacturing will be done in India using Imported Technology catering to Sales & Marketing in Europe and India.
